NHPC LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

In continuation to our letter of even number dated 17.07.2017 and in compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that the Board of Directors of NHPC Limited in its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, 27th July, 2017 (commenced at 11.00 A.M and concluded at 02:45 P.M.) has deferred the consideration of the proposal for raising Rs 494 crore through issuance of 'W' series corporate bonds on private placement basis.
