With reference to the Spurt in Volume of Shares of the Company, NIIT Technologies Ltd has clarified to BSE as under:<BR><BR>"We would like to clarify that we do not have any information / announcement to share with Stock Exchanges under Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement which have a bearing on the Volume of Our Scrip traded."
