With reference to increase in Volume on June 29, 2015, Nilkamal Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:<BR><BR>"the Company regularly intimates the stock exchanges with the relevant information pursuant to the provisions of Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement, which has bearing on its operation/ performance.<BR><BR>We further state that as of now the Company does not have any information / announcement, including price sensitive information/ announcement, which in the Companys opinion may have a bearing on the price / volume behavior of its script."
