Nirma Ltd - Updates on Scheme of Arrangement

Nirma Ltd has informed BSE that the Scheme of Arrangement involving amalgamation of Nirma Consumer Care Ltd., wholly-owned subsidiary of Nirma Ltd with Nirma Ltd has been sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat vide order dated March 31, 2011.<br/><br/>The Company is awaiting a certified copy of order from Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat.
