Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, have recommended a Final Dividend @ Rs. 0.50 (fifty paisa only) per equity share of Rs. 5/- each, for the Financial Year 2014-15, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
