Omaxe Ltd has informed BSE that the Company is conducting a postal ballot for obtaining the approval of shareholders for:<br/><br/>- Appointment of Mr. Mohit Goel, relative of Director as Chief Executive Officer of the Company under Section 188 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013,<br/><br/>- Private Placement of Non-Convertible Debentures and/ or other Debt Securities under Section 42, 71 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and<br/><br/>- Ratification of Remuneration of M/s S K Bhatt and Associates, Cost Accountants, Cost Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2014-15 under Section 148 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.<br/><br/>M/s Sanjay Grover and Associates, Company Secretaries has been appointed as the scrutinizer for conducting the postal ballot process.
