Board of Directors approved the termination of leave and license agreement entered with M/s. Eyelid Infrastructure Private Limited subject to acquisition of property.<BR><BR>2. Board of Directors approved the acquisition of property from related party subject to shareholders approval and other necessary approvals if any.
