Urvilla Khati, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Steel has been appointed as Director of the Company in place of Shri. Mahabir Prasad Director w.e.f. May 29, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Shri. R. G. Shinde, has been appointed as Director of the Company in place of Shri. T. Chattopadhyay w.e.f. May 29, 2015.<BR><BR>3. Shri P. S. Bhattacharyya has ceased to be Director of the Company w.e.f.
