At the aforesaid web conference, the Company will be represented by Mr. Sumit Sharma, Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The schedule of the meetings is subject to change due to exigencies on the part of the Investors or the Company. Further, no unpublished price sensitive information is proposed to be shared by the Company at the aforesaid investor meetings.
