Premco Global Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016 has considered and approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Declaration by Managing Director for unmodified opinion by Auditors.<BR><BR>2. The Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 0.50/- paise per share of Rs. 10/- each.
