(In Liquidation) has informed BSE as under:<br/><br/>- That on July 30, 2010 the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta was pleased to pass an order of Winding Up of Raghav Industries Limited in C.P. No. 242 of 2009 (Raghav Industries Limited - Vs. Dena Bank).<br/><br/>- That the said order dated July 30, 2010 was challenged in Appeal being A.C.O. No. 138 of 2010 and A.P.O. No. 402 of 2010 by the Raghav Industries Limited (In Liquidation). The said Appeal was heard on several dates and lastly on May 18, 2011 the Hon'ble Division Bench of the High Court at Calcutta was pleased to dispose of the said Appeal
