RAMA VISION LTD. - Withdrawal of Nominee Directors

Rama Vision Ltd has informed BSE that M/s. UP Hill Electronics Corporation Limited (HILTRON) has withdrawn their nomination of two Directors namely Mr. Ravinath Mayawaram Viswanatha Raman and Mr. Bharat Sinha from the Board of the Company w.e.f. July 15, 2013. The above said withdrawal of Nominee Directors from the Board of the Company is an outcome of disinvestment of equity participation of M/s. HILTRON in the Company.
