Redington (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the Directors of the Company has considered and approved the allotment of 50,690 (Fifty thousand six hundred and ninety ) equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on April 23, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options granted under 'Redington (India) Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan, 2008.<BR>
