Regency Hospital Ltd has informed BSE about the following:<BR><BR>This public announcement (PA) is being issued by Dr. Atul Kapoor, Dr. Rashmi Kapoor, Mr. Anant Ram Kapoor and Mr. Abhishek Kapoor (part of Promoter group of the Company and shall be collectively referred to as Acquirers/Promoters) in respect of the proposed acquisition and voluntary delisting of the equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- of Regency Hospital Ltd (RHL/ Target Company) from BSE Limited (BSE/Stock Exchange) where the equity shares of the Company are currently listed pursuant to Regulation 10 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 as amended (Delisting Regulations) and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this PA. (Delisting Offer).
