Revathi Equipment India Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in-accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for the designated person and their immediate relatives will remain closed from 01st October 2024 till 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2024.
