Rodium Realty Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to approve the standalone un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to Company's policy of Internal Code of Conduct on Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing /trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 05, 2014 till 24 hours after the results are communicated to the stock exchange.
