Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the dispatch of the Postal Ballot Notice, Postal Ballot Form along with the prepaid self-addressed business reply envelope has been completed on 25th November 2017, to the Members of the company, who were holding Shares in the Company, either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cutoff date i.e., Friday, 17th November 2017.
