Board Meeting of the Company was held today i.e. on Friday, June 24, 2022 at 12:00 P.M We wish to inform that Board of Directors of the Sanmit Infra Limited ('Company') at their Meeting held today ie. June 24, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. approved the resignation letter of Jayanti Pradhan from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f 31.05.2022 and on the basis of recommendation made by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of Company has approved the appointment of Mrs. Shazia Shaikh, Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (Membership No.: A28104) as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company also designated as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from June 24, 2022.
