SAREGAMA INDIA LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the SEBI PIT Regulations as amended, and in terms of Saregama''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Designated Persons of the Company and their Immediate Relative with effect from the closure of trading hours on BSE & NSE on 29th September, 2023 (Friday) till 48 hours from the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange for the quarter and half-year ended on 30th September, 2023
