Sat Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 27, 2015, <BR>inter alia, took the decision to discontinue business operations of UAE branch and close down the branch w.e.f. the closing of the business hours on March 31, 2015.
