SAVERA INDUSTRIES LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

Savera Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2015, proposed to change the name of the Lotus Park Hotel, situated at Bangalore which is one of the units of Savera Industries Limited. The Board authorised the Managing Director to choose a suitable name for the said Unit. The new name for the Bangalore unit will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges as soon as the new name is selected.
