Sub: Compliance under Regulation 39 (3) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. We have received the letters from the following shareholders informing about loss of physical share certificates but without mentioning the details of shares such as Distinctive Nos., certificate No. etc. of the Company. A photo copy of the documents alongwith proof of the date of receipt is enclosed herewith. As per the documents received from shareholders and from our records we notice that shareholders are holding the shares as per the details given in the letter attached herewith.
