SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has decided to change its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent for equity shares from Maheshwari Datamatics Private Limited to Karvy Computershare Private Limited.<BR><BR>This change shall be effective from April 01, 2015.
