This is to inform that pursuant to the Company's 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by Designated Persons', and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain Closed from 1st April 2023 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023.
