SSK Lifestyles Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 24, 2015 to September 30, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, September 23, 2015 has been fixed as cut-off date for the purpose of determining the shareholders eligible to vote for the resolutions to be passed in the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company.
