Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and the circular issued by BSE Ref no. LlST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 read with the Company's Code for Prohibition of insider Trading, Notice is hereby given that the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors, Officers and Designated Employees, from 01st April, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2021.
