SUNTECK REALTY LTD. - Updates on Acquisition

Dear Sirs, Subject: Notice under Regulation 10(5) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 (Takeover Regulations) We being entities forming part of the promoter group of Sunteck Realty Limited (SRL) intend to acquire from other promoter group entities by way of inter-se' transfer aggregating upto 4,07,08,875 equity shares of Sunteck Realty Limited. The proposed transfers are only amongst the existing promoter entities. This is acquisition pursuant to inter se transfer of shares amongst qualifying persons as specified in Regulation 10 (1)(a)(iii). The form as prescribed under Regulation 10(5) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 setting out the details of the proposed acquisition of shares of Sunteck Realty Limited by way of inter-se transfer, is attached.
