Surana Solar Limited - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, read with'' the Company''s "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons" (''The<BR> Code''), the trading window shall remain closed for persons covered under the said Code from 1st day of January, 2021, until 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Third Quarter ending on December 31, 2020.
