Surya Roshni Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, has considered the following :<br/><br/>- Shri Tarun Baldua, Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O) for Steel Operations of the Company, has been appointed under group of Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs) of the Company w.e.f November 14, 2014 as per the provisions of section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
