Ltd (ISMDPL), a strategic investment platform owned by the Company and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB), has acquired an additional adjoining land parcel in Pune admeasuring approximately 1.8 acres for a total consideration of Rs. 21.25 Cr on October 4, 2017. <BR> <BR> We request you to kindly take the same on record. <BR>
