USHER AGRO LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

Usher Agro Ltd has informed BSE that in the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on May 30, 2016, the Results for the Financial Year 2015-16 could not be approved due to resignation of the Statutory Auditor - Ms. V.S Kankariya & Co. Chartered Accountants. The results will be provided after filling the casual vacancy caused by resignation of the Auditor.
