Vimta Labs Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 16, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the 4th Quarter and for the Financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to clause 29 (1) (e) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is informed that the Board proposed to consider recommendation of Dividend, if any in the above said meeting.
