Consider and approve the audited Financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter/year ended March 31, 2015 and<BR><BR>2. To consider to recommend dividend, if any for the year financial year ended March 31, 2015 subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR><BR>Further the Company state that, in above connection the trading window of the Company will remain closed for the period from May 02, 2015 to May 08, 2015.<BR>
