Pursuant to provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, please to note that the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined under the code) from 1st October, 2024 for the purpose of consoderation of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2024. The Trading Window shall open after 48hrs of the Un-audited Finanacial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2024 become generally available.
