This is to inform you that pursuant to Company''s Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting trading by designated persons, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company will be closed from 1st October, 2024 until 48 hours after declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2024.
