In terms of Regulation 30 and 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the Annual Report of Pagaria Energy Limited (Formerly Women Networks Limited) (the Company) for the Financial Year 2023-24 along with notice convening 33rd Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company, scheduled to be held on Monday, September 30, 2024 through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM) at 1:00 P.M. Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from 24th September, 2024 to 30th September, 2024 (both days inclusive).
