Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd has informed BSE that on January 12, 2017 the Board of Directors have passed a circular resolution for appointing Ms. Tanvi Sanjiv Joshi as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. January 12, 2017 pursuant to Section 161 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rules thereunder and Article 114 of the Articles of Association of the Company.
