Aluminium futures decline on MCX due to weak spot market trends and reduced demand from consuming industries. October delivery prices fall.
New Delhi, Sep 24 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Wednesday declined 25 paise to Rs 257.95 per kilogram in the futures trade as participants trimmed their positions on a weak trend in the spot market.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in October fell 25 paise or 0.1 per cent to Rs 257.95 per kg in 2,650 lots.

Analysts said cutting down of positions by participants on easing demand from consuming industries mainly kept aluminium prices lower.
