Aluminium Futures Surge on Fresh Bets - PTI

Aluminium futures prices rose 0.60% on Friday to Rs 239.90 per kg driven by increased speculation and demand from consuming industries.
New Delhi, Sep 27 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Friday climbed 0.60 per cent to Rs 239.90 per kilogram in futures trade as speculators built up fresh positions amid a positive trend in the spot market.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium contracts for October delivery increased 60 paise or 0.60 per cent to Rs 239.90 per kg in a business turnover of 3,416 lots.

Analysts said fresh positions created by traders amid demand from consuming industries supported aluminium prices in the futures market.
