Corona Remedies Appoints 4 Independent Directors

IPO-bound Corona Remedies appoints four independent directors to its board, bolstering its governance and strategic expertise as it awaits Sebi approval.
New Delhi, Jun 23 (PTI) IPO-bound Corona Remedies, an affiliate of ChrysCapital, on Monday said it has appointed Ameetkumar Desai, Bhaskar Iyer, Shirish Belapure and Monica Kanuga as independent directors to its board.

The company, which operates in therapeutic areas like women's healthcare, cardiology, and diabetology, said the new appointments bring strategic depth and industry experience as it pursues sustainable growth and governance standards.

Niravkumar Kirtikumar Mehta, MD and CEO of Corona Remedies, said, "Their breadth of experience and strategic insight will support our mission of delivering impactful healthcare solutions and upholding high governance standards."

The appointments come as the company awaits regulatory approval for its planned initial public offering from capital markets regulator Sebi.
