Cottonseed oil cake futures prices declined in India due to soft demand and weak trends in the spot market. Traders reduced their bets, impacting prices on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange.
New Delhi, Jun 5 (PTI) Cottonseed oil cake prices on Thursday marginally fell by Rs 2 to Rs 3,141 per quintal in futures trade, as participants reduced their bets following weak trends in the spot market.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed oil cake for July delivery traded lower by Rs 2 or 0.06 per cent at Rs 3,141 per quintal with an open interest of 41,530 lots.

Analysts said a sell-off by participants at existing levels amid a subdued trend in the market mainly weighed on cottonseed oil cake prices.
