Crude Oil Futures Decline on Low Demand - PTI

Crude oil futures fell 1.61% on Thursday to Rs 5,747 per barrel as participants reduced their positions due to weak demand. WTI and Brent crude also declined globally.
New Delhi, Sep 26 (PTI) Crude oil futures on Thursday declined 1.61 per cent to Rs 5,747 per barrel as participants trimmed their positions on low demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for October delivery fell Rs 94 or 1.61 per cent to Rs 5,747 per barrel with a business volume of 17,714 lots.

Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude was trading 2.01 per cent lower at USD 68.29 per barrel, while Brent crude was trading 1.95 per cent down at USD 72.03 per barrel in New York.
