Silver Prices Plunge in India: Futures Down to Rs 84,276 per kg

Silver futures prices in India declined sharply on Monday, reaching Rs 84,276 per kg on the Multi Commodity Exchange. This follows a similar trend globally, with silver trading lower in New York.
New Delhi, Sep 2 (PTI) Silver prices on Monday plunged Rs 934 to Rs 84,276 per kilogram as participants reduced their bets.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for December delivery declined by Rs 934 or 1.1 per cent to Rs 84,276 per kg in a business turnover of 29,062 lots.
Globally, silver was trading 1.14 per cent lower at USD 28.81 per ounce in New York.
