Further to our letter dated July 31, 2025, regarding the re-classification of promoters, we wish to inform you that the Company has submitted applications on August 5, 2025, to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited for obtaining their No Objection/approval for the proposed re-classification of ICICI Strategic Investment Fund, which is part of the Promoter Group, to Public category.
The said re-classification is subject to the receipt of requisite permissions, sanctions, and approvals, as may be applicable.
Kindly take the same on record.
