Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of 3i Infotech Limited (the 'Company') would meet on Tuesday, July 28, 2020, to inter alia, consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2020.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading by Designated Persons ('the Code'), the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and for the connected persons as defined in the Code from July 1, 2020 to July 30, 2020 and the same will be opened at the beginning of the trading hours on July 31, 2020. <BR>
