| With reference to captioned subject, we enclose herewith a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice dated January 22, 2021 ('Postal Ballot Notice') which is being sent to 0.01% Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shareholders ('Class A Preference Shareholders') and 0.10% Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shareholders ('Class B Preference Shareholders') of the Company (enclosed as Annexure A and B respectively) .<BR> <BR> The Postal Ballot Notice, along with other relevant documents, are being sent to Class A and Class B Preference Shareholders whose names appear in the register of Preference Shareholders/beneficial owners received from National Securities Depository Limited ('NSDL') as on Friday, January 8, 2021 ('Cut- off date'), seeking their approval as set out in the Postal Ballot Notice.<BR> <BR> Please refer the attached letter for further details.<BR> <BR> | |
