| Pursuant to Regulation 30, read with Schedule III, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e., on 24th June, 2022, at the Registered Office of the Company, which commenced at 5:30 P.M. and concluded at 6:15 P.M., inter-alia, allotted 1,19,50,000 fully paid-up Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each, at an issue price of Rs. 2.03/- per share (including premium of Rs. 1.03/- per share) on preferential basis. Further pursuant to Regulation 169(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors has allotted 1,19,50,000 fully paid-up Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each, at an issue price of Rs. 2.03/- per share (including premium of Rs. 1.03/- per share) on preferential basis. | |
