| In compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('the SEBI LODR Regulations'), the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. March 17, 2023 have taken on record retirement of Mr Rajiv Sonalker (DIN: 07900178) as Chief Financial Officer and Whole-time Director of the Company effective close of business hours on June 30, 2023, consequent to his retirement from the employment of the Company. Mr Rajiv Sonalker will also cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel under the provisions of Section 203 and all other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI LODR Regulations for determining the materiality of any event or transaction and for making the required disclosures to the Stock Exchange effective close of business hours on June 30, 2023.
