Ahmedabad Steelcraft Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Director of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2022, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the Quarter/Year ended on March 31, 2022 and to consider and recommend the dividend for the financial year 2021-22, if any, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window, for dealing in the securities of the Company, is already closed for the Insiders covered under the Code from April 01, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2022, for which the intimation has already been given to Stock Exchange on March 28, 2022.
