Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto, we hereby inform that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for all Directors, KMPs, Designated Employees and Connected Persons, as defined in the Regulations and Code of Conduct with effect from Saturday, October 1st, 2022 and will continue to remain closed till completion of 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the declaration or announcement of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on September 30, 2022.
